We will contact you to explore the needs of your school and to ensure that your school understands the GTi scheme and is equipped to effectively support GTis when they are working in your school. Once we have confirmed the number of GTis, length of contract and subject specialisms that your school needs, we will forward you pre-screened graduates who would like to work in your school.
You can then choose to proceed to interview and select the graduates which are a good fit for you school. The recruitment process and ultimate decision to hire is entirely within your control.
We will provide your school and the GTi with continued support at induction and throughout the internship including supporting the GTi to transition to ITT or into another career.
